8.1 By placing a bet, you acknowledge that:

You have read and understood the Betting Rules and winning limits.
You accept that odds are subject to change, and winnings will be calculated based on confirmed odds.
You have no inside knowledge or involvement in race manipulation.
You are not prohibited from betting due to regulatory restrictions.
You are betting on your own behalf and not acting as an agent for others.
You will not place bets on races in which you, an immediate family member, or a related party (such as a jockey, owner, trainer, or race official) are directly involved, except for win/place bets on related runners.

8.2 The minimum bet amount is Rs. 50.00.

8.3 We may limit or refuse bets at our discretion and are not obliged to provide reasons for doing so.

8.4 We reserve the right to suspend betting markets at any time, but confirmed bets will be honored.

8.5 The official race results published by the local racing authority will be used for bet settlement.

8.6 If a bet type is not available due to a race's conditions (e.g., non-runners reducing field size), affected bets will be voided, and stakes refunded.

8.7 Bets placed using automated systems or unauthorized software are strictly prohibited.

8.8 Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Your account will be debited accordingly.

8.9 If a race is canceled and rescheduled for the same day, bets remain valid. If postponed to another day, bets will be voided, and stakes refunded.

8.10 If a bet submission is time-stamped more than 15 seconds after the official start, it will be voided, and the stake refunded.

8.11 In the event of technical failures, bets successfully recorded in our system will remain valid. You can verify bet placement in your account history.

8.12 You are responsible for selecting your bets carefully. We are not liable for errors in race data unless caused by gross negligence.

8.13 Bet expiration: Any winnings unclaimed within thirty days after the last race in a bet slip will expire.

8.14 Our services must not be used for betting syndicates, arbitrage, or fraudulent activities. Accounts found in violation may be restricted or closed.
